Below are some frequently asked questions

• Does the professional pond design fee vary? - Yes our fees vary based on your individual pond requirements, the design and equipment supply of a small goldfish pond will vary from a design and supply of a 30,000L stocked Koi pond. 
• Can I use my existing pump? - Yes of course, if the pump however does not match your pond specifications we would strongly advise changing the pump to suit your filter and pond needs. 
• How long does a design/recommendation take? - This again will vary dependent on the complexity of the pond, it can be anything from a few days to around a week. 
• Can you recommend equipment for an existing pond? - Yes of course, on our assessment we will check exactly what pond setup you currently have. 
• Do you visit customers? - Yes, we can visit customers upon agreement/booking for the pond assessment, there will be a fixed home consultation fee of £120.00 within the Kent area this includes (Up to 1 hour on site, pond assessment, discussion of current equipment, water circulation and filtration review). Further distance home consultations will carry additional fees. 50% of your home consultation fee will be credited against your purchase should you proceed. 
• Do you install systems? - No not yet, we can advise on install guidance but we do not yet offer on-site installation. 
• Can you design and recommend what I need from scratch? - Yes of course, a blank canvass is a great place to start.
